First, it is important
to realize that you won’t always be happy. Dealing
with pain, loss, loneliness, hurt, and mediocrity are all
part of life for every human’s life. It is how you
approach these tough life situations and how you recover
from tough situations that will affect you overall happiness.

or sometimes become positive experiences your overall happiness
level will improve.
