How Can I Be Happy?

First, it is important to realize that you won’t always be happy. Dealing with pain, loss, loneliness, hurt, and mediocrity are all part of life for every human’s life. It is how you approach these tough life situations and how you recover from tough situations that will affect you overall happiness. If your lowest times in life are no longer quite as low or sometimes become positive experiences your overall happiness level will improve.

Some other suggestions to help your happiness levels:

Break your routines once in a while

Love others and be gentle with others

Allow yourself to laugh, cry, and feel

Start new personal journeys with your interests and activities

Simplify you lifestyle and your wants and needs

Discover who you are and if you are not who you want to be. Then start to be the person you would like to be.
